Contact forms

If you send us enquiries using our contact forms, we will ask you for your name, your e-mail address and telephone number. You can also enter information in the various boxes.

It is your free decision whether you provide us this data. The transmission of your data via contact form is encrypted and thus protected against unauthorized access by third parties. However, without the above information we cannot fulfil your contact request.

By filling out the contact form and sending it to us, you expressly consent to the data processing described above.

Your data will only be stored for as long as it is necessary to answer your inquiry or any further (back) questions resulting from it.

Members

We lawfully hold member’s email & home addresses, phone numbers, and subscription information,  because these are necessary to run the club – e.g. sending you the Walking Programmes, Newsletters, AGM and Social Event Notices, and sometimes Membership Cards.  We do not hold any other information. On leaving the club all member’s personal data will be deleted.
