The Club maintains a photographic record of sights captured on a variety of our walks and events: Club’s pictures.
The Highworth and Swindon Walking Club is a friendly group whose members enjoy walking in the countryside. Our walks are typically 5 to 12 miles with gradients to suit all abilities. Short walks may include an optional pub lunch whilst one Sunday each month we visit the Brecon Beacons. The club has walking weekends away each year, exploring different parts of the country as well as social events.
Walks usually start at 10:00am (except Welsh Walks). Walkers may meet at an earlier time at designated car share meet points, details of which are published on the Walks Programmes. The Welsh Walks are usually on the second Sunday of the month.
